Sales of new vehicles from auto dealers with serious defects i.e. lemon.
Altering the odometer so as to misrepresent the actual miles driven on the vehicle.
Virginia Motor Vehicle Act § 59.1-207 in conjunction with Magnusson-Moss Warranty Act
§ 59.1-207.13 states if the vehicle is significantly impaired as defined in 59.01-207.13 due to the vehicle having a serious safety defect, having been subjected to repair one or more times, and the same nonconformity continues to exist.
